Jennifer Michele McCoy - chocolatiere

Originally a ski instructor and alpine race coach from the mountains of California, Jennifer found her way to Portland in 2006 to study in the Patisserie and baking program at Western Culinary Institute, where she graduated with full honors. “I love my new career, and working in the Fenouil kitchen is so exciting! I also like the fact that the focus there is scratch baking and cooking with the highest quality ingredients. On top of that I get to work with a crew of very talented people who are completely passionate about cooking and understand the beauty of fine food...I couldn’t be happier!”

Fenouil Brasserie:
Set to the north of Jamison Sq. Park is Fenouil, a Parisian style brasserie with pleasantly opulent interior and cuisine to match. Chef – Proprietor Pascal Chureau has created a menu which pays homage to his French upbringing while celebrating the best in local ingredients. The large patio makes Fenouil a summer destination and cozy fireplaces are a wintertime draw. Located in the heart of the Pearl District the Brasserie offers an opportunity for culinary jet setting well within Portland's city limits.
